While not a ten, Suspend has historically ranged from seven to nine on the Storm Scale, making it a small miracle to see the ability back in Standard, albeit in limited fashion

It can really work well with your Commander, and having this in hand and people knowing it has Buyback is Virtual Card Advantage
Wild Magic Surge is obviously a bit worse than Chaos Warp, but otherwise a good addition/replacement for it
