As far as the card itself, its very good

The cards that only got one copy each were the fun offs, cards that don't really see much constructed plan but are cool and fun old school cards that should be in the cube

If having nothing else in the box means that the quality of the binder can improve, then it seems like a great trade off, and the binder really does deliver

The political Zedruu is all about making allies, not enemies, and for that you need to be donating things your opponents will actually want

Jokes aside, compared to traditional storm cards, Empty the Warrens makes two 1/1 Goblin tokens while Chatterstorm makes a 1/1 Squirrel token, so at least Crow Storm is on par
