I would argue that this is one of the better decks on this list for new players, as its creature-heavy nature is good for learning about combos, synergies, and how dynamic certain creatures can be, but if you hope to make it truly competitive at your game night, it's going to take quite a few upgrades
This card was also responsible for taking up one of your Ultra Rare slots in Duel Overload boxes and packs, which is a huge bummer
The final point is that, because this card lets you shuffle back weaknesses, if you have a nasty weakness that shuffles itself back into your deck unless there are 5 or fewer cards left in it, All In can help you get through the part of your deck that is most vulnerable to repeated draws of that (perhaps between 5 and 10 cards)
Aside from the missing rarity symbol shared by every card on todays list, note that the height and weight were corrected in later prints (to 1.7 m and 90.5 kg), and a text typo on the same line was fixed
