Since our deck only has four copies of Declaration in Stone as non-creature spells, both Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Vryn Wingmare don't really hurt our game plan at all

In this case, though, any player can benefit from this effect if they get ahead on land count

Perhaps with a some self mill, discard and/or looting it would be fine but as is I think it is probably not worth running (unless you know you need lots of graveyard hate)
