Any deck that aims to get to the point in a game where they can cast Karn should likely be considering him even if most of those end up not running him

I think Otharri could make a pretty good aggro commander, and its in an interesting tribe that doesnt get as much love as humans or elves

White also doesnt tend to get much in the way of mana acceleration, so this is a nice bonus for decks to try
