Throat Wolf is incredibly overpowered in combat, a creature that has Firstest Strike, an ability that can easily kill creatures with first strike. Its so strong, in fact, that it even creates a never before or since second combat phase where only one creature of its owners choosing can attack
A note: the opposite is true for upwards price spikes, as it seems those happen a lot more often in comparison
This adjustment will remove the commander-nullifying nature of the card while preserving its primary function as a novel A-Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord Changed: You may put a Vampire creature card from your hand onto the battlefield
That's a fundamentally different product than a digital design tool, even if the starting point looks similar
