Adarkar Wastes is the same power level as Island, so it's safe to say that the Sapphire would have to cost what Talisman of Progress does: 2
Its in line with White creatures + token makers, like Cloudgoat Ranger, that compare positively to Deranged Hermit in a modern context
This can be achieved with upgrades, but that can be quite costly, so this deck sits in the middle of the pack for now as something fun to play with now and then , but it would need major changes to keep it fresh and competitive
