Obviously raw card draw will do the trick, but if all you care about it specifically the second card each turn, a cheap cantrip like Consider or Opt might be your best bet
They enter tapped, so you dont want too many of them, but the fact you can cash them in in the later stages of the game for a card is really nice, and can help when youre flooding out
Nulldrifter Nulldrifter would be on par with Mulldrifter since there are some advantages to triggering on cast versus entering the battlefield like taking effect, even if countered, though the older card is easier to combine with blink effects
