While one or two cards with Delve is probably fine for Eternal formats, what kind of world will it look like when we have access to ones that are more playable than Death Rattle
In Legacy, Death and Taxes decks running Yorion, Sky Nomad as a Companion may have enough room to run this card too
Haste is a lot easier to abuse than a cost reduction effect and continues to be of use throughout the game
