I dont think this card is outrageously strong, but it does provide a mechanic I enjoy, just like Rod of Absorption, Wand of Wonder, and Chaos Wand before it

Nothing wrong with the human Monica Rambeau, but casting cantrips, artifacts, enchantments, or more to permanently buff your team is incredible
