Almost guaranteed to do some amount of damage and give opponents a Poison counter, its ability to Proliferate upon doing so is what really puts it over the top
Its a decent engine for Golgari decks, and one that could easily start seeing play in decks like Aristocrats, where sacrifice outlets can enable the draw early
