celebi v pokemon card price 160/198 Full Art Chilling Reign Rx2 / None / 1 Artist Celebi V (Full Art) 160/198

When you attempt to retreat, the game tells you that doing this is expensive, a waste of resources, and usually not a good idea

Its ward tax makes removal painful, and every counter placed on a creature either draws you a card or drains opponents for life

This is a Custom-Built Commander Deck built by Moonveil Games

When you play it for smaller numbers, you have almost the same effect (except that you cant find humans), but you also get the ability to attack with 6 power to get a meaningful threat

The full rule text has been interpreted in different ways, but the gist is that whenever an opponent casts a creature, the ability triggers if that creatures color doesnt match a color of creature you control
