The only thing that you can safely trade for in bulk are commons/uncommons for decks (Yanma, Magnemite, Phanpy, etc), or average Trainer cards like Switch, Energy Retrieval, etc
If you're stealing cards from an opponent, then you're not in control of your own game plan
and Hearthstone trace their roots back to MTGs mechanics
Clones nearly always leave you with the best creature in play, or at least in control of a duplicate of the actual best creature
