I would use a 4-3-2 line of Tympole, Palpitoad, and Seismitoad in a partial water deck, as you can see, Seismitoad requires mostly colorless energy cards to attack so this card will fit in well in almost any type deck as long as there are a few water energy cards in that deck
UV Protection: Shields cards from harmful rays and prevents fading
Combined with its colorless nature, allowing it to go into every deck, and the occasional difficulty for inexperienced players to realize that Library is the reason theyre losing, its place on the banned list is very secure
If a player has all of their combo pieces or isnt scared of losing some, Pot of Desires can be incredible
