My initial thought when building this deck was that it would be fun to throw in a bunch of Magic's old torture device themed artifacts

There are also the gates which can tap for various colors of mana depending on what you choose, like Black Dragon Gate On top of being decent mana fixing for two colors, they also have a lot of synergy with other gate cards that can go as far as winning you the game outright

It also uses Psychic Energy for its Destiny Bond Move which will take down your opponents Pokemon if they try anything funny
