I had an idea for a Simic Flash deck that I was low confidence in, but I kept thinking about it, so figured it was better to play it and get it out of my system
Properly utilizing this card requires two things: You need to be able to empty your hand quickly (making this artifact a great discard payoff) and you cant rely on creatures as a win condition
Sets for Standard have to be user-friendly - weve got no issue with that at all - but it is refreshing to see a set so confident in its players ability, as well as a degree of assumed familiarity with MTG on the whole
Just keep in mind that the rules regarding copying spells and effects on the stack arent easy to grasp, and many a playgroup gets them wrong, even with practice
Technically, theres nothing stopping Wizards from creating a new ultra chase variant, and regular reprints can still affect prices, too
