These two are super-staples and should realistically be in most 60%+ power level decks that can play them, and you can kind of take them as a pair in terms of my pick logic

It could be the gorgeous Dragonair rare card from Base Set where the iconic Mitsuhiro Arita made this graceful Pokmon look like it was turning an icy body of water into a Lisa Frank fever dream, or it could simply be the sleek and elegant upgrade to Dratini but man am I happy that we got this incredible Dragon featured on an Illustration Rare
