I dont want to put a bow on it just yet, but I see this card as having a lot of potential for Black-Red decks moving forward

So you can go to a store, bring a pocket-sized scale with you, weigh all the booster packs they have, and buy only the heavy ones

While creating product for release they could have switched to rarity even before anything hit stores and it would still result in both decks and packs having the no rarity, just with a much shorter print run
