Im also avoiding specific Commander cards like Fierce Guardianship or partner commanders

And dont forget: Its still +3/+3 and evasion on any other creature you slap it on, letting you squeeze that last bit of damage by in the late-game when you have enough mana to equip it to your non-commander creatures
