While not my favorite Rotom ex card ever (that would have to be the one from Lost Origins), its still rare enough to fetch some value, although my original guess that it would be the least valuable among the SIRs from this set has essentially proven to be true months later

Newer black cards like Plague Engineer and Mare also diminish the value of this as they are so comparably brutal you really do need to be playing around them somewhat

Being three colors each did help me have a wider range of options to apply to different characters and moments within the game

I wouldn't be surprised if people tried to just use this as a stall deck if Path rotated with no replacement, but I still would not trust it at that point with how much you need to set up for it to be really powerful defensively
