You get that energy through attacking with your creatures, and luckily its not one or more so shouting around with a swarm of myr or Eldrazi spawn can get you where you need to go
Kalonian Hydra and Archangel of Thune are good examples of this they really arent even played in Standard and yet they are $20 mythics
With Zinnia in play and paying the offspring cost, that would be four cards for five mana - a pretty good deal even in a format as powerful as Commander
