If the other player still does not have a Basic Pokmon card in his or her hand, that player can shufe and draw 7 new cards, but the player who already has a Basic Pokmon card can draw an extra card as usual

As Foretolds primary use is to help cast our suspend spells that dont have a mana cost, but this card gives plenty of value just for existing

Without it, it's possible that Pokmon wouldn't even still be on the map
