The bulk of their produce goes into some very popular blends, so it's quite a treat to see a small batch single malt release. Matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this malt was bottled by Signatory Vintage without added colour or chill filtration and delivered at a hefty 57. 1%. 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts
