手工採收，手工選果後全數除梗，移轉到發酵槽。進行6~7天冷浸泡，5~7天的發酵，10~14天的發酵後浸泡。橡木桶帶渣培養12個月，全數來自法國，多種尺寸，30%的新桶比例。裝瓶前不澄清，輕微過濾。

風土：Fleurie是薄酒萊地區最頂級的10個列級薄酒萊(Cru Beaujolais)之一，粉紅色花崗岩構成Fleurie最主要的土壤結構，從其名稱可以知道，這個村種植的嘉美葡萄釀造出的酒，往往帶有豐富的花香以及新鮮的紅色漿果風味，也是10個列級村中最為優雅細緻的產區。
