Pitmaston Pine Apple Size:M25 Bright green although develops aA late eating apple that tastes of honey and pineapple. Small conical fruit yellow green with some russet. Crisp and juicy. Very pretty blossom. Fully ripe early November and keeps into the new year. Strong, hardy, reliable cropper that bears well. According to Hogg in 1884, 'a dessert apple of great excellence'. Raised by Mr Williams of Pitmaston, Worcs, around 1825, although possibly originally raised by a steward to Lord Foley of Stoke Edith,
