風土：Chassagne跟Puligny兩村共享多個布根地白酒最頂級的特級園，包括白酒之Montrachet特級園。高坡位置過去是採石場的緣故，此地許多峭壁，土壤組成極為複雜，也反映在不同地塊的風格上。白花、金合歡、忍冬、馬鞭草、榛果，以及奶油，礦物感豐富，陳年後展現蜂蜜，成熟洋梨的圓潤感。

一級園Aux Boudots是近年來許多布根地愛好者特別喜愛收藏的地塊。其地理位置與Vosne Romanée的超一級園Aux Malconsorts相連，因此Aux Boudots往往都帶有頗為相近的風味特色。

Bill Nanson在其著作《The Finest Wines of Burgundy》中，曾寫道Domaine Michel Lafarge釀造全布根地最棒的Passetoutgrain。
