With bold aromas of cassis, black cherry, licorice and graphite, this wine announces its potential early on. The palate opens up with vanilla, black currants and dark cocoa before the tannins take you for a wild ride. The finish is spicy with a medium length. (CWC, 09 04 21). This is a serious wine for under $20 with tax which can stand up to many wines that sell around the $30 mark. (CWC, 02 25 22).
