The Stainless Steel Screwed Flanges are designed to match the relevant backing ring  These flanges match series ANSI Class 150   For 304 grade Stainless Steel substitute 4 instead of 6 in code

DIN and ANSI pattern are available as an option

The Tee is for joining  pipes of equal diameter and has a shoulder  for location of correct insertion depth

The overall length is Z with L being the finished distance between the end of the pipe and root of the female bsp thread
