Caught in a pensive encounter as they survey each other. There is implied movement in their form and positions, their colours vibrant and eye catching, yet warns of it's poisonous body. I wanted to capture something whimsical and fun, what better than to paint these elusive little frogs as not many people actually encounter them. I wanted to imbue them with colour, like
