It took place at the 18th century Palazzo Gaddi that housed the local music high school and was mostly used for classical concerts, in an intimate space co organizer Mario Calvitti (whose memories of the events surrounding this concert make up the bulk of the liner notes) says Basho called "one lovely little room where I could play all night."
