位於背斜谷出口處南端高坡的一級園Les Champonnets與Les Champeaux相同，皆有草地或田地之意，位於海拔280公尺，Lavaux峽谷的出口，受到冷風吹拂，葡萄保有鮮明的酸度，同時也較為晚熟，經常出現紫羅蘭、新鮮漿果的調性，靠近特級園Ruchottes Chambertin，因此風土特性也頗為神似。酒體龐大，風味強勁，單寧骨架結實，建構出多層次的風味與線條。集中濃密的果味，並且充滿活力。
酸甜宜人的櫻桃香氣與多種香料混合的複雜香氣，結構完整，單寧質地細緻，與肉類料理更是絕佳搭配。
釀造：堅持僅用有機堆肥，最少的人為干預，保護天然原生植被，配合每株藤蔓進行修剪，精心的樹冠管理，納入生物動力法的概念，幫助葡萄展現最明顯的風土個性。釀造時掌握每個園中不同劃區的差異性，才能在不同的年份變化下，進行最適當的釀造程序，並在後續的混調過程中，完成最理想的調配比例。連乳酸發酵與原生酵母等重要因素。
