知名的Clos de Bèze特級園，最早由Bèze教會擁有，酒莊表示2019為此款的最後一年份。比起相鄰的Chambertin特級園，酒風更加細緻多變，且酒莊劃區多為80歲老藤。全數去梗，經18個月的舊桶中陳釀。黑皮諾本身的果香突出，香料及玫瑰香冉冉出現，極佳的平衡感、綿長的尾韻，陳年實力驚人！

產率控制在35hl/hec。葡萄採收後全數去梗，經六天的冷浸泡，酒槽中發酵兩週，採皮及淋汁皆有進行，最終1/3的酒導入橡木桶(Rousseau)中進行一年的陳放，未經過濾及澄清。

風土：Volnay是伯恩區僅能生產紅酒的兩個村莊之一。布根地公爵時代，無數的貴族仕女鍾愛此地釀造的美酒。奔放妖豔的花香，多汁的紅色漿果與香料，天鵝絨般的細緻丹寧，被稱為伯恩丘的香波慕斯尼。
