葡萄來自與特級園Chevalier Montrachet非常近的知名地塊「En Remilly」，表土極淺，僅10公分，純度相當高的石灰岩土壤中遍佈著許多小礫石，葡萄藤多為1989年種植，每年進行四次的翻土！於300及600公升的大型舊木桶中進行90天的長期發酵，最後經24個月的陳年培養，是國內外酒商爭奪的熱門品！
