2022 酒款評分：Burghound 92-95、Jasper Morris 96-98 ★★★★★、Wine Advocate 93-95、Vinous 92-94

葡萄品種：80% Pinot Noir、20% Chardonnay。

原本是酒莊第二代的Edmond Moussé為了利用壓榨後的葡萄，進行蒸餾後，釀造供自家飲用的加烈酒。酒質經後代將之不斷昇華，其後他的兒子Jean-Marc和他的孫子Cédric，成為酒莊正式酒款之一。

底岩都是由Celles-sur-Ource村的Kimmeridgian形成。1996年起取得Ampelos認證。絕大部分都是來自單一年份的收成。使用原生酵母，在不鏽鋼大槽中進行發酵，帶渣培養。二次瓶陳30個月以上。除渣後再靜置6個月後才出貨。
