Working for several small wineries while studying at university, Turon realised the potential of the ever varying site climates within the Adelaide Hills. His overseas winemaking experience while completing his degree was appropriately lateral, with vintages in Oregon and Hungary. Out of this came a highly detailed minimal intervention, lo fi approach to winemaking. The pair built a small winery
