Luftballon Sofa jay The original WE—KNIT — madeLuftballons, the upholstered furniture collection by Valter Cagna from Gebrder Thonet Vienna design dept. , is characterised by soft lines and sinuous curves, inspired by the contours of a balloon, as its name suggests. Comprising a small sofa and a lounge chair, the family of seats is distinguished by the large volumes of cushions, carefully balanced in size and proportions. The solid frame made of steam curved beechwood, an element of continuity
