風土：這款酒的葡萄僅來自False Bay的兩塊葡萄園，分別是距離海灣4公里，種植於1978年的Rustenhof葡萄園，海拔約60公尺；以及距離海灣13公里，種植於1988年的Karibib葡萄園，海拔220公尺。其中Rustenhof的葡萄園位於當地名為Sinai的小丘，土壤幾乎全數由花崗岩組成，可以在園中看到裸露的花崗岩層，也是酒莊最早成熟的葡萄園，個性鮮明強大；Karibib則較為涼爽與優雅，恰好足以平衡Rustenhof龐大的架構與風味，更增添許多精彩細節。
