釀造：絕大多以不銹鋼槽低溫發酵，之後導入橡木桶進行培養，到隔年7月才進行裝瓶。酒莊的另一個特色便是長時間的二次瓶陳，最少也經過了36個月的靜置。低添糖，整體的SO2含量僅止20~30 mg/L。
