酒名本意是「荷蘭人的足跡」，其最早歐洲人在此的種植紀錄於1887至1928年左右。採「Field Blend」作法，採收並混合同一園中的不同品種的葡萄，並一起在大型酒槽中發酵，最後導入橡木桶進行12個月的帶渣陳年。散發著綿羊皮、乾草、麥稈等香氣 口感均衡且略帶如橘酒般的單寧感，產量稀少，僅生產一桶！

釀造：堅持古典方式人工採收，舊式壓榨機，手動轉瓶除渣，不特別強調低補糖，並認為過少的Dosage 反倒會減損香檳整體的平衡感與尾韻的長度。

汽泡質地綿密，散發葡萄柚與檸檬等柑橘類水果的香氣。蜂蜜的氣息與礦物感的印象明顯。口中帶出清爽的果實感，充滿活力的輕盈酸度，尾韻拉出新鮮杏仁與白堊土的回甘鹹味。整體架構均衡，既展現白丘的風土個性，又不會過於銳利難親近，清爽可口的美妙滋味。
