Durand老酒開瓶器，擁有兩個部分，可以讓使用者成功並安心的將老的或是易碎的軟木塞完整移除。結合了兩端平穩的叉子加上傳統開瓶器，可以安全平穩的將軟木塞從酒瓶中完整移除。Durand老酒開瓶器也可以避免斷裂的軟木塞或是碎屑掉入酒瓶中。

「Les Chevalières」絕對是Meursault村中評價最好的地塊之一。於村莊最主要的背斜谷出口處的南方，主要皆為面朝東方的日照角度。橡木桶(新桶10%)陳釀12個月後再置入舊桶中靜置8個月。
