Chinoiserie Tea Caddy meta-related-collection-decorative Measures: 20A 19th Century Chinese export chinoiserie lacquerwork tea caddy of rectangular form with a hinged lid, finely decorated in gilt with figural court scenes. It is covered in very finely detailed penwork to all sides. The interior of the lid has wing decoration, with a plain internal fitted with an engraved pewter canister.
