Chiyogami Green Jasmine Grain Direction:Short These papers are from theHandmade in studios around Kyoto, Japan, these beautiful pattern papers have a vibrancy and attention to detail that is second to none. To create a sheet of Chiyogami, each colour is screen printed by hand, most patterns having 4 or 5 colours, some as many as 12. Each sheet must be dried between applications and the next colour registered with fine precision. Despite its light weight this paper is strong and forgiving with good wet strength making it
