If you could find any of the other non-green one shot potential cards with this then it would be a whole lot more useful in these kinds of archetype

If youre in Boros and youre playing Open the Armory , there isnt much reason not to play this card since the Adventure spell is identical in all but name while also offering you an extra body that can prove useful for buffing your team

On attack, Narset, Enlightened Master lets you exile the top four cards of your library and play any non-creature spells (instants and sorceries) without paying their mana costs

Its obviously most effective in an elf deck but can also do well in decks that run changelings or cards like Maskwood Nexus
