C. dAhetze was one of the best known mens shops in Paris during the early 20th century until the mid century, in the same league as Charvet or Sulka, carrying very high end quality menswear. I believe that they went out of business during the 1960s this tie should date to the 1950s. dAhetze ties are so desirable that there are various examples carried in the collections of well known museums, including the Met and the Victoria and Albert in London.
