Nonino Grappa Vendemmia Blanco 750ml (DNO) accumula Im in the business ofNonino Il Sauvignon is made from Sauvignon grapes harvested at their optimum ripeness. It ferments in stainless steel tanks under vacuum at a controlled temperature. It distills very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the perfumes, evaporate properly and condense, in order to keep the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen grape varieties intact. It is aged for 6 months to a year in a stainless steel tank.
