Harald Pryn, Winter Landscape With Track & Buildings Provocative It’s unsigned but clearly byA wintery early 20th century oil on canvas by Danish artist, Harald Julius Niels Pryn (1891 1968). Towards the centre of the composition, a snow covered track winds its way towards two farm buildings past trees and a dry stone wall. The snow is several feet deep in areas and the buildings would be a warm and welcome retreat. Harald Pryn was a master at chilly rural views with winding countryside tracks. He worked primarily around his home in
