Tenuta Foresto La Ideale 2019 14.5% (750ml) 750ml such a fun and quaffablePlum Raisin Allspice Barbera from one of our favourite Italian natural winemakers, from a combination of old and young vines. Fermented in concrete for a 20 day maceration, pressed to old 2000l oak barrels for 11 months, sent back to concrete for a month to let heavy deposits settle before bottling.
