「スッカラ」は朝鮮半島で使用される伝統的なスプーンの一種です。朝鮮半島では、古くから食事の際には箸とスプーンがセットで使用されており、スッカラは先端が丸く、柄の部分が長く作られています。これは、深いボウルから食事をすくうための形状です。

古竹編六角煎茶盆、煎茶道家放出品です。網代の繊細な編み込み、竹のリムと装飾がいい雰囲気です。杯をおいても納まりが美しく、茶を呼ぶ佇まい。

オランダで出土した15世紀の緑釉小壺です。黒化した緑釉に僅かに銀化が見られます。物が經た長い時間が、そのまま景色になったようです。
