We lifted the lid and found gold coins, pewter drinking vessels, a silver sextant, old maps and leather bound books. On the palate, we found a spicy dulce de leche with a dredge of cayenne pepper. After dilution, we grilled panettone with vanilla ice cream, peaches and flamed orange peel. To
