Original World War Two Era American M-1938 Wire Cutters and Pouch World War Two He was entitled to aNice piece of US field gear, the pouch is very tidy, date and maker on the back, but difficult to rear, looks like 1944. The wire cutters look to have replacement and slightly spongier grips and there isn't the usual U. S. date markings near the top, but design is identical to US Army ones. Looks like the business end has been sprayed over green so perhaps the markings are slightly obscured, nevertheless, nice item.
